We accept exchanges or a offer refund back to your original form of payment (Shipping fees may apply). Request for exchanges and refunds must go through an approval process.

Please email hello@beautyaesth.com with your name, order number, explanation of your concern and provide before and after or relevant pictures of the issue. After reviewing your request, if approved we will offer either an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. (Additional shipping costs may apply).
