When placing orders (Billing/ Shipping address):
As a security measure to ensure protection of your information from possible fraudulent charges. Purchases made with credit and debit cards will not be accepted if the shipping address does not match the billing address. If there is a case where an order is made and the the shipping and billing address do not correlate the transaction will be cancelled and refunded.

Please be advised that we strictly follow hygienic and sanitary principles, which means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or issue refunds on our products at this time.

PROBLEMS WITH ORDER

Sometimes things may go wrong and because we value your experience we want to hear about any problems with your order. Please email hello@beautyaesth.com and include your order number regarding any negative experience due to faultiness or any other issues regarding the product or service so that we may review and address it.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN/EXCHANGES POLICY

In the event that a rare exception is made for a return/exchange, cancellation, store credit or any other possible order updates sufficient evidence that determine the defective state of the product(s) or service must be provided. Please email hello@beautyaesth.com and include your order number. Please note that you may acquire a 20% restocking fee if an order is canceled or changed. We reserve all rights to determine whether or not the product(s) or service are in fact faulty.

For holidays please allow approximately 1-5 Business day (Monday – Friday) to prepare & ship your order

Standard Shipping:

Please allow approximately 3-9 Business days for shipping (Not including processing time). Days are subject to change or increase based on Covid procedures or other possible impacting factors.

All orders are shipped through USPS and take approximately 3-9 business days (Not including processing time) once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. You may also click here to track your orders.

Once USPS obtains your package, we are no longer accountable for your package. If there are any further questions discrepancies or concerns you must contact the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
